Hurricane Helene Update

Personal update:

In case you didn't know already, I live just outside of Asheville, NC, which just experienced a catastrophic hurricane. I am safe! Here is some important information:

My husband and I are very, very fortunate to have had no damage where we live, and we have regained all of our utilities. My business is up and running.

Asheville and many of the towns surrounding us, however, are destroyed. I am hoping that all of my clients, colleagues, friends, and their families are safe. While this catastrophe will surely impact my business, it is nothing compared to what so many others are facing.

Kindly note that I am not able to offer pro bono logo design/branding and web design (for new sites) at this time. These are complex and longterm projects. My business’s income has been impacted by Helene, as well, and I rely on these larger projects to sustain my business. If you hear of any businesses that are in need of and able to invest in custom brand and/or web design, I would very much appreciate your referral!

My business is still providing design services.

I am very fortunate to be able to work with businesses anywhere in the country. Not only will paid design work help me sustain my business, but it will enable me to put money back into Western NC's economy to help rebuild our region.

I will be donating a percentage of the project fee for each new project booked to one of the relief organizations I mentioned above.
