  • Currently I don’t take on projects fixing existing designs or executing other design ideas. My tried-and-true process is very in-depth, and you will get the most out of it when we start from scratch and focus on strategy.

  • Currently I design and build sites exclusively in Squarespace.

    I do collaborate with a developer on Shopify. If you’re interested in a new or redesigned Shopify site, please let me know in your inquiry and I’m happy to share more info!

    I do not work on design or development for Wordpress, Wix, Showit, Webflow, or any other platforms.

  • Once you book, I provide you with my comprehensive Copywriting Guide, which includes tips and prompts for what to write. However, my expertise is in visual communication, so I leave writing about your business to you and/or an expert.

    All of your content (text and photos) must be finalized and turned in to me 1 week before your Website start date. Normally I book several months in advance, so you’ll have plenty of time to work on your copy.

    As someone who has written most of my own website copy, I completely understand how overwhelming a task it can be! If you feel that writing the text for your website will be a struggle for you, I would absolutely LOVE to connect you with one of my copywriting partners before we begin your project.

  • If you’re just starting out, I would actually recommend a lower-cost solution, since so many core things do change in your first year or so of business. My Basic Branding package may also be a good fit for you depending on how strongly in-tune you feel with your business values and story.

  • If you’re rebranding, I do strongly suggest considering a new website design, as well, to keep your design consistent and strong across all touchpoints.

    That said, I know that not everyone needs or is in a place to invest in both, and that’s okay! I also offer just Branding and just Web Design.

  • Because my process is based on deeply understanding your business, it is imperative that all owners of your company—and anyone who will have final say in the designs—are present and engaged in our meetings. Hearing their points of view and building that relationship is how we will achieve results that truly resonate with who your business is.

    Our Project will include several in-person or virtual meetings. If your business owner is interested and excited about the design process, chances are this will be a great collaboration. If they are not interested in being involved and attending meetings, I'm probably not the best fit.
